DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and a deposit invoice is emailed to you before a project can be commenced. The balance due is to be paid at the end of the project. This is to be done once approval is confirmed and before the deliverable is sent to you.

1. PayPal (You do not need a Paypal account to make payments with credit/debit cards)

2. Wire/Bank Transfer (if applicable)

3. Western Union

4. Lynk

5. Payoneer

CANCELLATIONS AND ABANDONMENTS

​

Cancellations can be made at any time but please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

​

Individual projects have specific timelines with estimated start and finish dates.  Project timelines are to be respected by both parties which require same to respond  before or on time with any revision requests, once the commencement of a project has begun.  If we do not hear a response from you after 15 days, the project will be considered abandoned. A start up fee is required to recommence if we hear from you after the 15 days have passed. You are not allowed to redistribute any drafts sent to you unless full payment has been made.

REVISION POLICY

​

Each individual project has a specific number of revisions of which you will be informed however additional revisions can be made at an additional cost.

COPYRIGHT OF PROJECTS

​

Projects created and completed by us are custom made to each specific brand. Again, you are not allowed to redistribute any drafts sent to you unless full payment has been made.  The use of projects that are not paid for in full will be a violation of our graphic design rights. We also reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio, websites and social platforms. Please inform if there is a privacy issue in regards to the previous statement.

 

 

CONTRACT AND AGREEMENTS

Once a project has commenced you are consenting to be bound by the terms of KHAI DESIGNSZ policies and procedures. Our policies and procedures can be changed or updated at any time without prior notice to you.

Contracts and agreements are to be respected and completed in full.
