PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Please see below our standard step by step payment schedule for most projects. If you believe this schedule to be problematic for you, please let me know as soon as possible BEFORE the contract is signed so that we may discuss alternate schedules / payment plans that may be more suitable to your needs.

50% deposit of projected project cost due before work begins and to secure a spot on my schedule
Remaining 50% of projected project cost due before delivery date of final project
100% of additional costs (fonts, images, photos, plugins, etc.) added to project due before delivery of final project

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you write the content for me?

Unfortunately, no. You know your brand best and I don't have the insight like you do. You may, however seek professional aid from a copywriter.

How long does the process take?

It depends on a few factors: schedule openings, complexity, and your response time. The major factor is your response time. During the project you will need to respond as quickly as possible to my questions and provide feedback. Delays in your responses will result in a delay in the completion of your project.

How much will my project cost?

Prices are based on a few factors: Complexity, scope, and timeline. We’ll discuss your project and create a custom quote based on your needs.

Complexity also applies to strategy— for example, a design that looks simple for a website that has a complex sales funnel costs more than a site with no sales funnel.

The scope of work also affects the overall price. The price quoted at the beginning of the project may not be the final price as changes to the scope of work (adding, removing or changing features) may result in the final project cost changing.

Finally, the timeline affects the price. The price quoted is based in part on the amount of time I believe the project will take to complete. If you have a tight deadline, a “rush fee” may be charged to complete the project in time.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Branding and Website design are big investments so I totally understand the need for a payment plan and have done my best to come up with a structured plan. Typically, standard payments are usually taken into two installments. A 50% deposit upon booking and the balance upon completion. With payment plans, I offer a 35% deposit and break down the remaining balance into 3-4 month installments.

If you decide to use the payment plan, please note it has an additional cost associated with it.

Can you design within our existing brand guidelines?

Yes, I can work within your existing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all designs. If you don’t have brand guidelines, I can help create them as part of our project.

What file formats will I receive upon project completion?

You’ll receive your final designs in a variety of formats suited for print, web, and social media, such as .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG, and .JPEG. If you need specific file formats, just let me know!
